Your cuticle care routine is super important, first try to avoid cutting your cuticles it makes you susceptible to infections and fungus and can leave you with ragged looking nails. Its ok to cut the "true cuticles" which is the dead skin but you don't want to get rid of the eponychium as that is live skin, it can lead to bleeding/infections and the eponychium's main function is to seal the nail and act as a barrier to harmful bacteria. I wouldn't recommend cutting cuticles its not worth the risk of infections but if you do then use clean sterilized tools, you should moisturize your cuticles at least once a day but everybody is different so experiment to find out what works for you. It doesn't matter what moisturizing product you use, its the consistency and frequency of use that matters, a great routine would be to apply Cuticle Oil (maybe even olive oil?) followed by a generous amount of Vaseline to lock it all in. Nail polish removers cause dry skin around your nails so Vaseline really helps make them soft again, gently massage your cuticles because it stimulates blood flow to your nails and helps promote nail growth and health. Try using nail and hand cream it will make a big difference to your skin so your hands will look so much better to go with your pretty nail designs, if you need to get rid of your cuticles then you can try Sally Hansen's product Gel Cuticle Remover:http://www.sallyhansen.co.uk/products/gel-cuticle-remover
it quickly removes excess cuticles. You should be putting moisturizer on your hands that is full of vitamins A,C,E,Pro Vitamin B5 and Aloe, try a intensive cuticle treatment full of oils the best would be Apricot.
